Purton Hunt For New Head Coach

As many of our members are already aware, Phil Kerley of PK Tennis will be leaving his post as Head Coach at Purton Tennis Club at the end of December after many years of great service.

Purton Tennis Club are now looking for a new Head Coach, and hope that they will be in a position to have a programme in place by the February half term. If you are interested in the position or know of anyone that is, please tell them to have a look at the vacancy below.

Purton Tennis Club are looking for a new LTA affiliated, level 3 head coach.

The new coach will be expected to enhance the club’s great working relationship with three local schools and freely create a coaching program that will appeal to the current membership of over 130 people.

Purton Tennis Club offers fantastic facilities including two floodlit courts in a great location, and when combined with the right coach, the club will entice new members of all ages and abilities to join. It’s location to the west of Swindon sits within Purton village but is adjacent to new housing developments where a new primary school has recently opened, and a secondary school is currently being built. These factors contribute to the excellent opportunity for expansion at a club that already has a vast catchment area for local schools.

If you are interested in this fantastic opportunity, please email the club with your details and CV:
